Ohio's Yoga Event: Join Us At Elevate Akron

Feeling like you need some zen in your life? Maybe you're feeling a lack of connection within yourself? Trust me, I get it! Life can be chaotic, and sometimes we need a moment to "bring it back together." 

Yoga is a way to feel grounded and gain some clarity in your day-to-day life. I am one who practices yoga quite often and have found a great sense of release through it. As a wife, nurse, mom, and business owner, having some "me time" is a dream come true! I take every second of it when I have the chance - it's the only way I can keep my sanity! 

Primal Life is proudly sponsoring this amazing yoga event right here in Akron, Ohio. On September 8, 2022, my team, along with MANY others, will be attending Elevate Akron for a yoga session that's more than just an outdoor yoga event offering zen and connectivity... you'll meet friends from the community, some of our favorite local businesses, and enjoy yummy food and drinks (adult ones, too, if you’d like)!

Head to the heart of downtown Akron, OH on September 8th, 2022, from 4:30-9:00 p.m. to celebrate the 9th signature yoga festival. Connect with nearly 2000 wellness-minded people, volunteers, local businesses, nonprofits, food trucks and artists at Lock 3 Park, 200 Main Street. This community gathering promises the same outdoor fun as in past years!

Enjoy an accessible all-levels outdoor yoga class led by our Executive Director, Kevin James Karas, M.A, E-RYT 500 and the Elevate Akron Orchestra. Listen to live musical ensembles all day from the Elevate Akron Orchestra composed of local musicians: Zach Friedhof, SEER Music, Samuel Salsbury, Mark Nathanson, Museus, and Jim Kellerman. And be sure to relax in the healing tent with donation-based massage, reiki and more.

Grab a delicious bite to eat and a cool drink from local food trucks. Then, connect with a variety of local wellness-minded businesses, nonprofits and shop with artisan vendors. Be sure to pick up an Elevate Akron Passport filled with a plethora of discounts from our sponsors. Also, when you network with our sponsors, be sure to have them sign your passport so you can receive some raffle tickets.
