Apple Cider Vinegar 30 Day Challenge – Day 12: What The Health Immune Tonic!!
Today, I woke up to a sick child. Runny nose, watery eyes, cough, sneezes, and chills. Instead of dreading the day, I doubled up on my favorite immune system tonic booster to ramp up my immune system! After all, I can deal with a sick child as long as I am not sick myself. The key to keeping yourself healthy is by stopping sickness at the entry point- your mouth! Alkaline mouthcare (I recommend brushing with Dirty Mouth toothpowder) and using LED oral technology to kill bacteria will keep your gums resistant to bacterial and viral invasion and your immune system at peak performance.
In addition to mouth care, below is my recipe for my immune tonic. I am warning you, it’s lethal, natural and it gets the job done.
Anymore, the flu season is 12 months long… and so is prevention! The best way to fight the cold and flu is through proper nutrition to support an internal environment that will not support a viral invasion! There are numerous remedies available… but only ONE tonic that does more than just improve your immune system.
The base of this brew is Apple Cider Vinegar which not only improves your immune system but also has numerous healing properties that can help reduce blood sugar, heart disease, and muscle cramps, improve digestion, and do so much more.

On day 12, I brew this Immune Tonic- loaded with natural ingredients that will help improve your fight against viral invasion.
Please gather all of these ingredients before brewing your tonic. It will need to brew for at least 2-3 weeks to reach full potency.
What The Health Immunity Tonic Ingredients (All ingredients are
organic when possible)
3 inches of ginger root
3 inches of horseradish
1 full head of garlic, all cloves peeled
1 small red onion
2-4 cayenne peppers (other hot peppers may be substituted if needed; vary quantity to adjust taste)
1 quart of organic, apple cider vinegar with the mother
3 inches of turmeric root
Instructions
- Chop all ingredients into small pieces
- Place in a food processor or blender and cover at least halfway with organic apple cider vinegar
- Pulse until ingredients are uniform in size, then process/blend for at least 60 seconds. Transfer to a quart Mason jar.
- Completely cover ingredients with organic apple cider vinegar.
- It can be used immediately but will have stronger effects if the mixture is allowed to meld 2-3 weeks.
Allow mixture to sit for 2-3 weeks to increase potency. However, you may begin taking this right away if needed.
Mix 1-3 tsp with water to taste. Drink 1-3 times each day.
If the flavor of the Immunity Tonic is too strong, feel free to make a tea out of it by adding 1-2 tablespoons to a cup of hot water.

Today’s Recipe: Berry Blast
- 1 C ACV
- 1 C water
- 1 C Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 C Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Kiwi
***Blend until smooth. Refrigerate and Cheers!
