The Best Kept Secret- How to Reverse a Cavity

I can’t wait to go to the dentist and have them drill a hole in my tooth…said NO ONE ever! Yet that’s what thousands of people do every day - because they have a cavity. After all, when your dentist tells you that you need to get that cavity filled, you listen, right?

Not so fast! Because I’m here to tell you that cavities can be healed…naturally! First, let me tell you what a cavity actually is. A cavity happens when the hard surface of the tooth becomes softer and softer until a tiny hole develops. This is a sign of ongoing demineralization.

Minerals give your teeth their hardness and strength, especially in the enamel. As the outer white layer of your teeth, enamel consists of 96% minerals and 4% protein and water. A perfectly healthy mouth nourishes the enamel and supports its full mineral structure…but unfortunately, very few people using conventional toothpaste products have a truly healthy mouth.

Instead, your dentist tells you to brush with commercial toothpaste (and use toxic mouthwash) which causes demineralization of your tooth enamel by killing all of the good, healthy bacteria responsible for protecting your teeth. Without that healthy bacteria, the pH in your mouth becomes too acidic. Acids love to leach minerals from your teeth just like mosquitoes leach blood when they bite you.

And low and behold, you get cavities. Until now! (queue the angels singing!) I’m here to tell you that you CAN heal a cavity naturally. I discovered this when my 2 year old had a naturally occurring cavity. When her dentist told me they would have to remove her tooth, this protector-mom, truth-seeker, trained registered nurse went into overdrive!

I begin asking:

What are teeth made of?

What supports good teeth and gums?

What is a normal environment inside the mouth?  What is the body’s natural protection against dental decay and gum disease?

Are the products I’m using helping or hurting the situation… that was the BIGGIE!

If I continue doing what I am doing and using the same dental products I am using, will the outcome be the best possible or am I just prolonging the death of her tooth (and health)??

BAM!  That ONE question turned my world upside down and sparked a revolution against dental disease that currently focuses on oral disease instead of oral health.

So do you want to know the steps to healing a cavity?

  1. Stop using commercial fluoride toothpaste right away. Fluoride is a neurotoxin and it does NOT prevent cavities.
  2. Start using a natural tooth powder formulated with ingredients that remineralize tooth enamel, nurture good bacteria, and balance oral pH
  3. Switch to a sonic toothbrush that removes plaque better than a manual toothbrush and improves gum health
  4. Monitor your cavity and its symptoms
  5. Support cavity healing by drinking plenty of water (not soda or juice!) and selecting alkaline foods like almonds, broccoli, carrots, kale, flaxseed, cucumber, and avocado
  6. Use LED light therapy and a remineralizing gel to eliminate harmful bacteria and strengthen your teeth and gums.

And that’s it! If you continue to follow this plan faithfully, your cavity will heal in about 3-4 months.

Sounds too good to be true?

“I'm so glad I found this stuff!! It leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh and the hygienist doesn't have to work hard either! After having a childhood of cavity after cavity I’m excited to have a healthy relationship with my dentist and my teeth!” - Magda

“I felt very compelled to come on here and write a review. After continued use, I have seen results I never genuinely expected to see. The biggest one was a chip on the surface of my front tooth. Not visibly noticeable to anyone but I could feel it and dentists could see it. I have been using it for about 3 weeks now.. The chip is almost completely healed... I've always had sensitive teeth and my sensitivity has gone down more than I ever anticipated. I highly recommend this toothpowder! Also, my teeth are now whither too!” - Lindsey
