It’s time to ditch traditional saunas and make the switch to infrared!
Most people are familiar with traditional saunas. Whether you have experienced one at the gym or spa, you know how hot and steamy they can quickly get. It can be hard to stay in this type of sauna for more than five or ten minutes due to the amount of heat being produced.
Infrared saunas are very different. The ideal temperature is around 130°F (which is much lower than traditional dry saunas, 180-195°F) and instead of heating the air around you, your body absorbs the infrared. As your body absorbs the infrared rays, your core will begin a deep detoxification process.
