Wet your toothbrush. Dip the tip (1/2-2/3 of the brush) in the toothpowder. Brush for 2 minutes. Spit, rinse and SMILE!

Alternative directions:

• Scoop a small amount into your palm (or small bowl) and dip your brush into the powder. Brush for 2 minutes and SMILE!
• Scoop a small amount of toothpowder onto your brush. Brush for 2 minutes and SMILE!

**Can follow with Gum Drops to help improve and strengthen gum tissue. 

Bristles are soft-medium and infused with charcoal. Please brush lightly your first few uses. The negative ions in the charcoal absorb surface toxins and cleans the gum tissue. You may experience tender gums for the first few uses.

Toothbrush: Because the body is made from 100% Natural Bamboo wood, it does expand slightly if you put very hot water on it, so please do not do this because some bristles may fall out.
