Phthalimidoperoxycaproic acid (PAP) is derived from caproic acid used as a bleaching agent to whiten the look of the teeth. While Caproic acid is a fatty acid found naturally in various animal fats and oils, we want to be able to provide a safe alternative to peroxide and bleach to everyone (including vegans!).
The PAP used in Real White gel is a synthetic organic peroxy acid derived from caproic acid and phthalimide produced from coconut.

Brush teeth with Dirty Mouth Toothpowder (regular or black formula)
- Wipe teeth dry with a towel or cloth.
- Apply Real White Gel to the mouthpiece. (See specific directions below.)
- Insert the mouthpiece into your mouth. Do not bite.
- Turn on and select your treatment: 16 RED (soothes gums), 16 BLUE (whitens teeth and supports microbiome), or 32 RED/BLUE (all benefits).
- Remove the mouthpiece after 16 minutes. Rinse your teeth with warm water.
- Wash the mouthpiece, and separate the silicone mouthguard. Wash the silicone with a plant-based soap. Wipe the mouthpiece with a damp cloth.
Do not submerge the black electronic mouthpiece in water.
Real White Gel Pods:
- Twist the cap to open the gel pod.
- Each pod contains enough gel for two whitening treatments.
- Apply 1/2 of the pod gel directly to your teeth or a quarter of the pod to the top of the mouth tray and another quarter to the bottom of the mouth tray.
- Save the other half of your pod for the next treatment.
Recommended usage is 5x a week for four weeks, then 2-3x a week for life!
Warranty
LIMITED 1-YEAR warranty with every purchase:
- The functioning LED bulbs and the manufacturer's hardware one year warranty from the date of purchase. The silicone is not covered. Normal wear/tear is not covered under the warranty.
Note: Biting too hard and damage to the silicone is not covered by the warranty. Damage to the mouthpiece from cleaning agents is not covered.
LIMITED 5-year Warranty: You can purchase a 5-year LIMITED warranty to
- extend the 1-Year warranty to 5 years from the purchase date covers the LED bulbs' functioning and the manufacturer's hardware. It does not cover normal wear or biting through the silicone mouthpiece.
FULL 5-YEAR Warranty:
- Covers the functioning of the LED bulbs and the manufacturer's hardware five years from the purchase date.
- Replace LED mouthpieces up to three times, including normal wear and tear or biting through the silicone mouthpiece. For further assistance, contact the customer support team via email at support@primallifeorganics.com, where they will be more than happy to help.
Note: We reserve the right to determine the natural wear of the LED Teeth Whitener compared to a manufacturer defect.

Can the LED light tray be cleaned and used by other people? Or do you need one for each person who will be using it? Yes, the silicone is food-grade and waterproof. You can share it with your family if you properly wash it between uses/users or purchase separate silicone guards.
Does it cause any sensitivity? No. Unlike harsh peroxide gels, the oil-based paste ingredients are gentle on your delicate gum tissue and teeth. There is no "stinging" of your gums or "icing" of your teeth like peroxide gels.
Is it safe for ceramic crowns and dental work? Yes, it is safe for all dental work but it will not lighten crowns and veneers.
