As long as the aluminum is bound in this form, it poses no health risk. The aluminum in clay is never in an isolated form, and is not absorbed into the body. Hemp Seed Oil is made up of 80% essential fatty acid (EFA), the highest amount of any plant. It provides the perfect natural balance for cellular needs of omega acids, with a ratio of 3:1 of omega-6 to omega-3. This oil is derived from organic and GMO free hemp seeds and does not contain Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Hemp Seed Oil prevents moisture loss on a physiological level, because it does not "coat" the skin as other oils do. Hemp closely mimics the skin's lipids, therefore it is able to penetrate the cells and lubricate the surface between them, thus bringing the EFA's within our body. Peppermint contains numerous minerals and nutrients including manganese, iron, magnesium, calcium, folate, potassium, and copper. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin A and Vitamin C. The main constituent of peppermint is menthol, a potent chemical which causes a quick physical response when inhaled or applied the skin. Menthol produces a sensation of coolness which the body reacts to by producing its own warming effect, causing blood to flow to the area of application.

I use the dark charcoal at night before bed and then apply the gum oil. While this powder doesn't look very good while brushing your teeth, it doesn't actually leave them looking black like you might think. I only spit out the extra and I leave the remainder in my mouth. Then I apply the gum oil. I am excited with this new system because I have been able to move away from the traditional toothpaste that I was using to help my teeth not be so sensitive. I have a lot of gum recession and my teeth have traditionally been extremely sensitive if I didn't use something on them. Since using Primal Life products I have been able to use non toxic products for brushing and my teeth have been fine.

Using the charcoal toothpaste, I noticed whitening right away, within the first couple of days. That's amazing! I was suffering from sensitive spots on my tongue, irritated by foods like vinegar. The gum drops worked wonders for reducing hypersensitivity and bringing back a normal condition.
