Get your His & Hers Whitening Duo — Perfect Smiles, Perfect Pair!
Real White LED Teeth Whitening System:
- Wipe teeth dry with a towel or cloth.
- Apply Real White Gel to the mouthpiece. (See specific directions below.)
- Insert the mouthpiece into your mouth. Do not bite.
- Turn on and select your treatment: 16 RED (soothes gums), 16 BLUE (whitens teeth and supports microbiome), or 32 RED/BLUE (all benefits).
- Remove the mouthpiece after 16 minutes. Rinse your teeth with warm water.
- Wash the mouthpiece, and separate the silicone mouthguard. Wash the silicone with a plant-based soap. Wipe the mouthpiece with a damp cloth.
Do not submerge the black electronic mouthpiece in water.
Real White Gel Pods:
- Twist the cap to open the gel pod.
- Each pod contains enough gel for two whitening treatments.
- Apply 1/2 of the pod gel directly to your teeth or a quarter of the pod to the top of the mouth tray and another quarter to the bottom of the mouth tray.
- Save the other half of your pod for the next treatment.
Recommended usage is 5x a week for four weeks, then 2-3x a week for life!

- Wet your toothbrush.
- Shake off excess water.
- Dip the tip (1/2-2/3 of the brush) in the toothpowder.

We recommend alternating flossing BEFORE and AFTER you brush. Flossing before you brush will remove plaque and tartar from between the teeth and you will brush it away. Flossing AFTER you brush will carry the minerals from your toothpowder between your teeth and help strengthen the enamel.
Directions for Flossing:
1. Gently guide the flosser between the gum and the tooth.
2. Use a “C” shaped motion to clean above and below the gum line.
3. Remove floss and repeat on each tooth.
4. Rinse flosser as needed.
Directions for Toothpick:
1. Place tip of pick between teeth and gum line.
2. Use a gentle in and out motion to remove plaque and food particles.
3. Repeat motion and rinse flosser as needed.

What is the correct way to brush my teeth?
Many of us were raised to brush side-to-side. The correct way, and most efficient way to brush your teeth is up and down. It will take a few brushings to break the side-to-side habit but you will notice a difference when brush up/down!

Directions: Wet brush with cold water. Shake off excess water. Dip in Dirty Mouth Toothpowder or apply toothpaste. Brush teeth for two minutes. Wipe dry, store in an upright position out of water. SMILE!

Bamboo is a natural substance and it expands with moisture. It is normal for a few bristles to come loose or fall out with the first 2-3 uses. Once your brush had adapted to your home environment you should not lose any more bristles.
