Are your products vegan?

All of our dental products and most of our face products are vegan. A few of our moisturizers contain emu oil and our lip balms contain beeswax. A complete list of ingredients is listed under the description of each product.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Our products are formulated with safe, gentle ingredients, and we believe they are suitable for most pregnant and nursing women. However, every pregnancy is unique. For your peace of mind, we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider before adding any new products to your routine—they know your medical history best and can give you the most personalized advice.

Are you products safe for kids?

Our products are made with only natural, non-toxic ingredients and never require poison control warnings—unlike many conventional fluoride products, which are not safe to swallow, especially for children. That said, every child is unique, so if you have specific concerns, we always recommend consulting your child’s healthcare provider before starting any new oral care routine.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours; however, during the holiday season, shipping times may increase.

How to update my billing or shipping information?

Please get in touch with us ASAP to see if we can update your address; once an order starts to process, there is a small window that we can edit and make changes. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once an order begins to ship.
